Sustainablity
The organic materials we use for our studio collection are made of 100% organic cotton to save up to 90% Water during production.
Organic cotton is generally defined as cotton that is grown organically in subtropical countries such as Turkey from non-genetically modified plants, and without the use of any synthetic agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides aside from the ones allowed by the certified organic labeling. Its production is supposed to promote and enhance biodiversity and biological cycles.
All of our sweaters, sweatpants and tees are made of 100% organic cotton from Turkey. Even our bags are made from leftovers fabrics and our packaging is designed to emphasize sustainability and reaching our goal to become a climate positive impact, with 100% recycled or carefully sourced materials.
Creating and producing new pieces is not sustainable and we do not claim that it is. Mixing organic materials with limited quantities, in a world where brands destroy so much stuff, is our way to give something back.
